How long does production take?
Standard stock orders ship within 7–15 days. Custom OEM/ODM orders typically require 15–25 working days from sample approval to shipment. Rush production is available for an additional fee, reducing lead time to as little as 7 days.
Do you provide samples?
Yes! We offer pre-production samples (usually $10–50 per unit, credited against bulk orders). For existing stock products, we can send catalog samples. Custom OEM samples typically take 5–10 days to produce.
What shipping methods do you offer?
